Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes, Pro Poker Pics is accepting new photographers and graphic artists to further enhance the sites portfolio of poker related photos and graphics.  Please use the Photographer Signup application to apply for a Photographers account. We only accept Photographers and graphic artists who provide high quality, original photos and graphics. 

 

Do you offer refunds?
No, once a purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The main reason for this policy is due to potential abuse of the system.  Pro Poker Pics offers full access to our entire digital collection of photos and graphics and there is no way for our products to be physically returned. On rare occasions, taken on a case-by-case, basis we may make an exception to our refund policy.  Please use the contact form and give a lengthy explanation of why you feel a refund is justified.

 

Are there any restrictions on the use of Pro Poker Pics photos and graphics that I download?
Yes. While Pro Poker Pics offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the reselling, or redistribution of our photos and graphics, or allow the use of our photos or graphics within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

 

If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No,  with a few minor exceptions. The monthly and yearly subscription memberships allow you full access to download any photos or graphics created by Pro Poker Pics on our site at no extra charge. Some of the 3rd party Photographers photos and graphics are not available as part of the subscription service.

 

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account with a friend is no different than stealing. The vast majority of our photos and graphics are very reasonably priced and affordable. Distributing our materials to others through any means including sharding individual accounts is not allowed. Users found to be sharing or redistributing our materials will be banned and any membership fees or credits forfeited.

 

I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos, please contact Pro Poker Pics using your details by sending a support request.
